German Apple Pancake

Apple Filling: 2 Apples (any kind you like) 2 Tablespoons of butter 1/2 cup packed Dark Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Pancake: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon white sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 Large Eggs 1/2 cup milk (2% works best) 2 teaspoons butter, melted Warm Maple Syrup 1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray a round baker with non stick cooking spray.  For apple filling, peel core and slice apples.  Then take the slices and cut them in to small chunks.  Melt butter in a small sauce pan over medium/high heat.  Add apple, dark brown sugar and cinnamon.  Cook  for 20 minutes or until the apples are very tender.  2.  Meanwhile, for the pancake, combine flour, white sugar and salt in a bowl.  Whisk together eggs, milk and melted butter.  Add egg mixture to flour mixture; whisk until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be slightly lumpy).  Pour batter into round  baker. Breakfast Dessert

2 pkgs. Crescent Rolls 1 tsp Vanilla 2 pkgs. Cream Cheese (8oz ea) 1 egg yolk 1 cup sugar Topping: 1/2 cup Sugar 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Egg White In ungreased 9 X 13in pan, lay 1 pkg crescent rolls on bottom (like a sheet of dough).  Beat together Cream cheese, vanilla, egg yolk and sugar.  Spread this filling on top of crescent roll dough in pan.  Place second pkg of rolls on top.  Beat egg white and brush on top.  Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over egg white.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. 

Hashbrown Casserole (A Breakfast Egg Bake)

3 Tablespoons of Butter (not margarine) 1 small onion chopped(I use onion powder instead and I just sprinkle some in the pan that the butter is melting in) 4 Cups frozen shredded  hashbrowns 8 cups cubed French Bread 1 package of sausage links (flavor you desire) 1 package diced ham 2 cups mozzarella cheese 2 cups cheddar cheese 1 pint half and half 1/4 cup 2% milk 8 Large Eggs Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard 1.  Spray a deep 9 X 13 inch casserole with vegetable oil cooking spray. On Medium melt the butter in a Large Frying pan and add the onion (either the powder or the actual onion).  Add the hashbrowns to the pan and cook until they are soft about 5 minutes.  Place the bread cubes in the bottom of the Casserole dish.  Spread the onion and hashbrown mixture evenly over the bread cubes. 2.  Saute' the sausage and cut into chunks.  When the sausage is cooked through wit...
